Welcome to our line of recognition awards, trophies, plaques and Etched Glass Trophy. All our products are distinctively etched by American craftsman. These Etched Glass Trophy are more than a gift . . . they are a statement of achievement! In addition to the line of achievement awards you can also etch or engrave most any of our other quality ceramic mugs, wine glasses, flutes, paperweights, vases and many other crystal products. Warranty: Any defects in workmanship will be replaced at no cost, BUT, please know that many of our crystal products are handcrafted, and as with any hand manufacturing process, some small "imperfections" may be found in the products. These are NOT considered defects. Marble and alabaster are natural materials and slight variations in color and finish are normal. Complaints must be made within 15 days after receipt of shipment. We reserve the right to inspect items from actual shipment before processing any complain resolution. Merchandise may NOT be returned for any reason without written authorization - such returns will not be accepted.
