It's available in two dispenser styles -- square and six-sided, and can be printed in 1, 2, or 3 colors, or full-color. The Ondeck Sticky Note Dispenser's high gloss film laminate makes your images pop. The dispensers contain 100 Stik-Withit® adhesive sheets, which pop up one at a time for easy use. Flat-sheet printing is available in 1 or 2 colors -- see additional pricing in gray panels for flat sheet printing. Our Ondeck sticky note dispensers are individually shrink-wrapped. And you can add rule or graph lines at no extra charge!

At extra-mile.com we have screen printed (silk screened) your marketing corporate logo, customized and decorated for printing on the advertising specialties promo product you have selected.  Your personalized ad can be used for a gift, marketing, or a promo message and is available on sale at special wholesale or discounted prices.

Other Additional Charges (before discount):
1) Imprint is multiple colors or locations:  normally an add’l running charge per item  (contact us for details if not indicated above)
 2) Setup charge per color/location:  $45.00, except for full color and several difficult products. Higher charges may be indicated above.
3) PMS color match:  $40.00 4) Color (Ink) change:  $40.00
5) Copy change:  $40.00 (may also require add’l setup charge) 6) Paper proof (hard copy):  $10.00
7) Drop ship charge per location after first: $10.00 8) Fax Proof: Normally $5-$10 (Some like yardsticks $20-$25)
9) Less Than Minimum: check with us for availability and cost 10) Pre-production proof:  normally $75 - $150 (contact us) 
Over/Under run: 5% - 10%   We reserve the right to bill/refund for product over or under runs up to 5-10%. Some products never have over-runs and others are nearly always about 10% (check with us for details if this is a problem).
