Running charge for each additional color is 0.68.    We will print on both sides at no additional cost.
Gold or platinum bands:  Halo, add $.60; for a Cap, add $.65; for a Crown, add $1.35.     See Example of halo/cap/crown

NOTE: Registration can be an issue on multi-color imprints.  For information on full color imprints (4-color process), click here.

Your shipping cost will include $6.00 per carton for special "Safe Pack" protective boxes.
Safe Pack boxes for oversize mugs are $6.25 and are noted in the description.  Mailers are available.

NOTE:
Some colors, particularly blue, look washed out and lighter on clear glass.  
If you are printing on clear glass and the resultant color is important, 
we suggest you order a pre-production sample.  
We can use your PMS colors as reference points, 
but for clear glass it is not possible to determine the result in advance .

We can do etch imprints in satin (ink imprinted) or real acid etching.

Satin Etch or Real Acid Etch
ETCHING!

Satin Etch 
is a surface ceramic imprint 
that creates the appearance of real etching, at a much lower cost. 
The cost is the same as a 1 color imprint.

 Acid (Real) Etch
is true acid etching - contact us for current pricing.
To estimate the cost for deep etching add $3.00, plus  $75.00 setup.
 

Two-Day Rush Service
This service is 2 day production plus shipping time.
Requirements: 1 color imprint and minimum order of 144+ mugs/glasses

NOTICE:  In order to comply with California Proposition 65, alternative printing methods should be used if we are shipping any portion of your order to California. Be aware that these methods may result in an imprint with a duller finish that is less durable. We will use these alternative methods when we recognize that it is necessary, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to request such. If it is necessary and you do not request alternative ink processes in writing prior to production, or you specially request in writing for us not to use such alternative methods, the customer or end user will hold Extra Mile harmless from any and all liability for alleged Proposition 65 violations.

1) Imprint is multiple colors or locations:  normally an add’l running charge per item  (contact us for details if not indicated above)
 2) Setup charge per color/location:  $45.00, except for full color and several difficult products. Higher charges may be indicated above.
3) PMS color match:  $40.00 4) Color (Ink) change:  $40.00
5) Copy change:  $40.00 (may also require add’l setup charge) 6) Paper proof (hard copy):  $10.00
7) Drop ship charge per location after first: $10.00 8) Fax Proof: Normally $5-$10 (Some like yardsticks $20-$25)

Over/Under run: 5% - 10%   We reserve the right to bill/refund for product over or under runs up to 5-10%. Some products never have over-runs and others are nearly always about 10% (check with us for details if this is a problem).
