Pricing --
All
items on this website are list or special sale prices prices, priced per item and are
F.O.B. factory in the USA. Most prices change between January 1 and March 15 of each year
and we update our website as quickly as possible. Be aware that during these months
some prices may not have been updated. We reserve the right to charge the correct
amount. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Order:
There
is a minimum $DOLLAR$ order as well as each product has
minimum quantities that may be purchased.
Combined Pricing: When ordering a
combination of different items, quantities usually cannot be combined for lower
pricing - there are a VERY few exceptions.
Pricing Intermediate Quantities: For quantities between the
listed quantities
shown on our Web Site or catalogs, we charge the unit rate for the next lower quantity
shown.

Production
times
are stated in specific days and we do
our very best to meet those time frames, but there are many variables that can
impact our ability to ship in a given situation. We have no control over a
carrier to deliver on time. We will make our best effort to ship on
schedule, BUT, we do not make guarantees. The customer ultimately bears
the burden if an order is not delivered on time. We will not take back
imprinted product.

Telephone Orders:
Due to the complexities of the printing
business, we will accept telephone (voice) orders, but they should be confirmed by fax or
email before we proceed. You are responsible
if we proceed with the order and it is completed or printed incorrectly and you have not sent
written verification of the order or the imprint.
Increase
in Order: Any notification of increase
received by Extra Mile will normally be treated as a separate order and billed
accordingly, unless the factory has not yet processed the original order.
Cancellations:
Costs incurred for artwork, plates, composition and all work accomplished prior to
cancellation will be billed. A minimum charge of $50 for cancellation will apply, unless
the order has not been processed in our order entry department.
Non-fulfillment
of Orders: We cannot assume liability for non-fulfillment of orders caused by our
factory's inability to obtain materials, embargoes, strikes, fires or any other causes
beyond our control.

NOTICE:
In order to receive discounted
pricing, your total order
(excluding shipping) must exceed the Product Discount Minimum specified above.
EXCEPTION: The minimum international order is $1000 (Canada/Mexico $500). In addition, we require
that the international customer either arrange shipping, or we ship on the
customer's UPS, Fed-Ex. or Airborne account.
PRODUCT Minimum: The normal minimum order is the lowest price/quantity
category listed on our product pages, however, many suppliers
will sell Less Than Minimum (LTM) orders on
many products. The absolute minimum
is one-half the normal minimum order and often carries an extra charge of $25
- $75 depending on the product. Contact us for details

Bags can be produced in as little as 1-2 working days following proof

WARNING!

PROOFS:
In most cases we cannot provide production or fax proofs for
RUSH
service. You
must take the risk on the acceptability of the final printing. We will fix
or replace product if we print your artwork wrong, but we cannot accept
responsibility for whether your imprint "looks good" or is
acceptable to you when it is being printed on a rush basis.
NOTE:
The minimum international
order is $1000 (Canada/Mexico $500). In addition, we require that either the international
customer arrange shipping, or we ship on the customer's UPS, Fed-Ex or Airborne
account. Normally, we do not provide rush service for international sales.

RANDOM SAMPLES:
FREE random samples are normally provided
for inexpensive items or items that cannot be used. If the single item has utility,
then there will normally be a charge for the sample + shipping.
FAX PROOF: the cost of a Fax Proof
ranges between $5.00 and $15.00 (exception is yardsticks where the fax proof
costs $20.00). We recommend this over getting a product proof if all you
want to do is check that we have the imprint correct. If color or
registration is critical we suggest you order a product proof.
PRODUCT PROOF: Again the cost will vary
by product. In most cases you will pay for the setup/screen charges + a
proof charge per imprint color + the item + shipping. In general (but not
always) the proof charges will be waived if you place an order without change -
so your net cost for the product proof will generally be $20-50 if you proceed
without change (several products have very high product proof
charges, so your net cost is much higher - please check in advance). Getting a product proof will add 4-8 working days to the
production process + the time you take in returning the approval.
CERAMIC
& GLASS - Speculative
Samples: The factory's policy is to issue a speculative product
sample for
your approval prior to production for (1) all orders of 500 pieces or larger, (2) all orders with complicated artwork, and (3) all orders requiring the use of
the decal process. We reserve the right to render a proof on any order. Waiving approval
of the spec sample for the aforementioned conditions to expedite quicker delivery will
also waive all your rights to any claims. Normal art and screen charges are still
applicable. Any revisions or changes to your original instructions for any speculative
samples will incur additional art, screen, and sampling charges, and will revise your
scheduled ship date. These charges are non-refundable. Delays to spec sample approvals may
require a change in your scheduled ship dates. Due to the variances in production
equipment, processing, inks and other conditions between proofing (sampling) and the
actual production run, a reasonable variation from the production sample to the production
run is considered within industry standards.

We need the following information:
- (1) the product
name and Item Number,

quantity you wish to purchase, and

code for shipping: extra-mile
Returns:
There will generally be a 20%
re-stocking fee for most items.
Note, boxes (tuck and chipboard) are
NOT returnable.

Shipping
Rates: Shipping rates are quoted for estimating purposes only, based on
estimated rates, weights, number of cartons and method of shipping. Final costs are controlled by the
carriers' rates and the actual cartons, weights, and shipping method employed at
the time of shipment. Your delivery date requirements will override any
requested shipping method. You are responsible for the actual shipping
cost, regardless of our initial estimate. We make every attempt to
estimate the costs accurately but on 1% -4% of our orders additional
billing/refund is necessary.
Shipping Methods: Products will
be shipped from the factory via the best available route, taking into consideration the
speed of delivery and cost. Your delivery date requirements will
over ride any requested shipping method. Shipments are normally sent United Parcel Service or
Fed-EX. If you do not specify routing or carrier, we will make this selection for you, but
we cannot be held responsible for any extra charges involved if this method is not always
the cheapest. We can only control date of shipment, and cannot be held responsible for
arrival date.
Shipping Cost:
The cost of shipping is based on the individual weights of
the packing cartons (generally up to 45-50 lbs. per carton). Weights are indicated on
some product pages. We can ship product almost any way you wish; normal shipping is UPS
or Fed-X ground. Our quoted shipping costs are ESTIMATES
-- you are responsible for the actual shipping cost.
If you e-mail us
(sales@extra-mile.com) your
order and the chosen shipping method (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or
Next Day), we will estimate the UPS shipping cost based on your information and notify you
by return e-mail.
NOTE
- Additional Shipping Costs:
Our total "shipping cost"
or "shipping & handling" includes more than just the freight cost. It
also includes insurance, labeling, packing, and handling charges and varies
according to supplier. Some of these costs are
estimated below.
Handling & Labeling: $2.50
- $10.00 per shipping carton; varies according to supplier.
Split/Drop/Release Shipments:
$7.50 - $10.00 for each carton after the first.
Palletizing: Large orders or those being
shipped by common carrier (not UPS or Fed-Ex) will often require being palletized and
shrink-wrapped. The cost is usually $15.00 per pallet.
Third Party Freight Billing:
A
processing charge of $15 per carton/skid will be charged to cover paper work involved with
third party freight billing.
C.O.D.: Sorry,
we will not ship C.O.D.
Use of USPS:
If you require use of the U.S. Postal Service there may be additional charges
because our factories must make special arrangements for mailing packages
through USPS. The cost of shipping is often less, particularly
overseas, but it is often not possible to track shipments.
Preferred Shipping
Carriers

Patents,
Copyrights and Trademarks: Customer, by submitting copy for use by us,
represents, warrants, and guarantees that its use on the items ordered by Extra Mile or
its agents will not violate any applicable laws including, without limitation,
trademark, patent or copyright. Customer agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend
Extra Mile, at customer's expense, with counsel of our choosing, from and against all
claims and expenses related to production, distribution, sale, use, or catalog display of
such copy. Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, customer's order shall
constitute customer's consent to Extra Miles' use, photography, or display of copy or
imprinted product for advertising, marketing, or related purposes.
Return
Goods Policy: If an error should occur, the following procedure must be
followed:
FIRST: Contact Extra Mile about the
problem and obtain specific instructions on how to proceed relative to your
problem. You must submit a written description of
the problem immediately.
- Submit random samples explaining the problem to Extra Mile, within 10 days of receipt.
- Do not destroy the shipment. Hold it until we advise you of
disposition.
- NOTE: Most shipping carriers must see shipment if damage has occurred
in transit.
- Returns cannot be accepted after 21 days from date of shipping.
- If we have erred, we will either replace or credit the order.
- Freight Claims: It is
normally the responsibility of the consignee
to file the claim. As the shipper, we cannot allow any credit, as we cannot file the claim
or collect from the carrier. Technically, the legal responsibility passes from us to the customer when
the merchandise is consigned to a carrier. However, we
are often able to get reimbursement from the shipper and
will gladly supply any information and/or
copies of documents we may have if you make a claim.
All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon
arrival. If damage is found, contact carrier for inspection. Inspection must be made
within 10 days of delivery in order to place a claim.
- There will normally be a 20% re-stocking fee
on unprinted items. Some items, even if unprinted,
may not be returned.
Normal Packaging: Most products are packed in bulk with
no special packaging, unless otherwise specified. If you want something special, please ask.
Special
Packaging: Ask for a quote on special packing to meet your
needs. Some products have gift boxes and/or
mailers available.
Catalogs:
We do NOT
publish a catalog of our products - our website functions as our catalog.
