For $250 - $1000: 
    In general the price is 75% of the list quantity price (25% discount off List) 
    NOTE:  The 75% estimate is true in most situations, but not all, please ask for a quote.
 
Specific Exceptions: 
   ●  Unimprinted Blankets: No discount -- blankets are listed unimprinted 
   ●  Playing Cards: Use end-quantity price
   ●  Bags: Unimprinted price is 20% off list.
   ●  Sanford® Pens and Markers are not available unimprinted.
   ●  Food Service (napkins, cups plates):  Contact us for pricing
   ●  There are others as well - please ask for a quote.
 

For $1000+: Contact us for pricing.  We need the following information:

Returns:  There will generally be a 20% re-stocking fee for most items.  Note, boxes (tuck and chipboard) are NOT returnable.

Other Additional Charges (before discount):
1) Imprint is multiple colors or locations:  normally an add’l running charge per item  (contact us for details if not indicated above)
 2) Setup charge per color/location:  $45.00, except for full color and several difficult products. Higher charges may be indicated above.
3) PMS color match:  $40.00 4) Color (Ink) change:  $40.00
5) Copy change:  $40.00 (may also require add’l setup charge) 6) Paper proof (hard copy):  $10.00
7) Drop ship charge per location after first: $10.00 8) Fax Proof: Normally $5-$10 (Some like yardsticks $20-$25)
9) Less Than Minimum: check with us for availability and cost 10) Pre-production proof:  normally $75 - $150 (contact us) 
Over/Under run: 5% - 10%   We reserve the right to bill/refund for product over or under runs up to 5-10%. Some products never have over-runs and others are nearly always about 10% (check with us for details if this is a problem).
