ON-LINE Ordering

We have found over the past 10 years that our customers don't really want to use an online order form.
We have discontinued its use.  Please use one of the methods described above.
 

 

Custom printed promotional and personalized promotional products discounted at sale prices with imprinted logos or your advertising and special marketing message. Personalized promotional products are on sale at special reduced (cheap) prices to fit every economy budget. Discounted and wholesale promotional products are printed with your custom imprinted personalized message or advertising logo.  Advertising Cheap promotional products are always available with our specially discounted prices, and can put your name in front of your customers. Custom promotional products with a personalized logo imprint is our specialty. Customized promotional products printed with your promotional message are normally shipped in 8-15 working days. You can place your custom logo on promotional products at our discounted prices, and have your advertising campaign off and running in no time. promotional products are available at our regular discounted wholesale prices.

 

Email Confirmation / Receipt
We will send an email confirmation of your order within 2 working days of receipt of your full order and artwork.  If you do not receive this confirmation - please contact us immediately.

  1.   Product Name and Product Code Number
  2.   Quantity desired
  3.   Size, shape, thickness, etc.
  4.   Color of item
  5.   Imprint color or colors
  6.   Location or placement of artwork
  7.   Other extras desired (proofs, special printing requirements, packaging, rush orders, etc.)
  8.   Other special requirements unique to your needs or the product
  9.   Shipping address and any special shipping requirements
  10.   Date required - may determine how shipped (normal production is 8-20 working days - varies
      by product)
  11.   Terms: Pre-paid by company check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) -- we  need  name,    number, expiration date, and the billing address for the credit card)
  12.   NOTE: All prices assume you have camera-ready art. If you are not sure what "camera
      ready art" is, please go to the "Artwork Specs." link above. If you do not have access to
      camera-ready art, usually the factory will be able to fix or modify your art for an additional
      cost. At the present time we do not do original artwork.

NOTICE:
(1) Written Orders:  We take no responsibility for incorrect orders that are not confirmed in writing or for electronic artwork submitted without hardcopy for verification and printing specifications.  We will run/print orders according to our factory standards unless you instruct us otherwise in writing as part of your order.  Unique or special requirements must be highlighted and clearly obvious to us.  We do NOT consider multiple emails about quotes and/or order information to be a written order.

(2) Over or Under Runs: Your order is subject to our over/under run policies - go to:  OVER/UNDER RUNS.

(3) Minimum Order:  Our normal minimum order is $250.  The minimum international order is $1000 (Canada/Mexico $500). 
In addition, we require that either the international customer arrange shipping, or we ship on the customer's UPS, Fed-Ex. DHL, or Airborne account.

Most orders will have an additional $55 setup charge and shipping costs.  Other charges may apply.

Most orders subject to a billable over/underrun of 10%. 
Some products are more prone to this than others.  If your quantity is critical please ask how this policy will impact your order.
