Need a simple way to add pizzazz to a basic promotion? Use our Hi-Def stock art and colors. Unlike colored molded cups, our cups start out as White or Frosted Clear PLASTIC and are PRINTED to be the desired color. HOW ARE THEY MADE?
Flat plastic sheets are printed on our Heidelberg® and KBA UV lithographic printing presses at over 300lpi (second order stochastic screening) for a print quality that far surpasses old-style cup imprinting methods. Then the flat sheets are die-cut to the characteristic "fan-shape" sidewall form needed to manufacture the cup.  Using custom engineered cup machinery, the flat printed and die-cut sheet is wrapped into the basic cup shape, the bottom is placed and sealed, and the top lip formed — all this at speeds over 140 cups per minute.

 We can also provide 4-Color Process Plastic Cups.

Most orders will have an additional $55 setup charge and shipping costs.  Other charges may apply.

Most orders subject to a billable over/underrun of 10%. 
Some products are more prone to this than others.  If your quantity is critical please ask how this policy will impact your order.
