NON-TOXIC FDA Approved Inks: Only non-toxic inks containing pigments certified by the FDA for use in cosmetics are used in our temporary tattoos.  These inks may therefore appear more subtle in color than conventional printing inks.  Independent lab documentation is available for small parts, use and abuse, eye and skin irritation, oral toxicity, heavy metals and flammability.
MSDS are available for all ingredients upon request. Temporary tattoos are classified as a cosmetic by the FDA.
Current regulations and copies of FDA certification are also available on request.
